Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

We are committed to a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment.

Expected behaviour

  • Be respectful and professional.

  • Collaborate and give credit.

  • Follow venue rules and staff instructions.

  • Honour confidentiality requests and don’t share others’ personal data without permission.

Unacceptable behaviour

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, stalking, offensive comments, unwanted physical contact, disruptive behaviour, and any illegal activity are not tolerated. This includes communication online and in person.

Reporting

If you experience or witness a breach, contact staff immediately or email conduct@quantumbradford2025.com (or speak to any organiser). We will handle reports sensitively and may involve venue security or authorities where necessary.

Enforcement

Organisers may take any appropriate action, including warnings, removal from the Event without refund (if any), and bans from future events.

Acknowledgement

This Code draws on good‑practice community codes; we aim to enforce it fairly and consistently.
